Package Your Gear
Carefully pack your electronics in their original manufacturer packaging, including all manuals, cables, and accessories to ensure a successful inspection.
Affix Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely attach it to the outside of your package, ensuring any old shipping labels are covered.
Receive Your Refund
Once our technicians verify the condition of the returned unit, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
